1. Cancellations

Cancellations up to 30 days before the training date are free of charge. 29–16 days before the training date, 50% of the training fee is due. From 15 days before the training date or in case of no-show, 100% of the training fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free of charge up to 30 days before the training date. From 29 days before the training date, the applicable cancellation fees apply.

3. Substitute Participants

A substitute participant may be nominated at any time free of charge.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone training sessions for good cause (e.g. illness, low participant numbers, force majeure). In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered. No further claims are accepted unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

5. Eligible Contracting Parties

Our offers, training services, and other deliverables are directed exclusively at business customers (“entrepreneurs”) as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By entering into the contract, the customer confirms that the agreement is concluded in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity. Contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are excluded. We reserve the right to request appropriate evidence of business status (e.g., VAT ID, business registration) where necessary.

6. Applicable Law

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer, to the extent legally permissible.

1. Stornierungen

Bis 30 Tage vor Schulungsbeginn ist eine Stornierung kostenfrei möglich. 29–16 Tage vorher werden 50 % der Teilnahmegebühren fällig. Ab 15 Tagen vor Schulungsbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen werden 100 % der Teilnahmegebühren berechnet.

2. Umbuchungen

Umbuchungen sind bis 30 Tage vor Schulungsbeginn kostenfrei möglich. Ab 29 Tagen vor Schulungsbeginn gelten die jeweiligen Stornierungsgebühren.

3. Ersatzteilnehmer:innen

Eine Ersatzperson kann jederzeit kostenfrei benannt werden.

4. Absage durch den Veranstalter

Wir behalten uns vor, Schulungen aus wichtigem Grund (z. B. Krankheit, geringe Teilnehmerzahl oder höhere Gewalt) abzusagen oder zu verschieben. In diesem Fall werden bereits gezahlte Teilnahmegebühren erstattet oder ein Ersatztermin angeboten. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.

6. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand ist – soweit rechtlich zulässig – der Sitz des Veranstalters.
